My partners Daughter used yourselves to get her roof fix the tradesman that took job apparently fixed said problem and supplied a 10 year guarantee and billed £950 it become quite clear the the job was not fixed and is now become very elusive not answering calls and not turning up to relook at job whilst damage by rainwater still continue I would greatly appreciate this matter dealing with as I’m sure you will agree poor a workmanship and unhelpful tradesmen are damaging to the reputation of your company I hope the matter doesn’t go any further than need be.
