Slates slipped on our roof after being felted and re-slated

We had our roof felted and slates rehung in September 2016, by Suffolk Premier Roofing Services, (now Suffolk Premier Group) just over one year ago, the mortar fell out of one of our ridge tiles and one roof slate had slipped. We called Stuart and he came out and they did a bodge fix with a sealant gun, since then the mortar has fallen out again and the slate below it had slipped out completely and the original slipped slate has slipped out again! We telephoned Stuart, and he said they would come out at the weekend, they didn’t, we tried them 2-3 times more and left messages with no response, we did actually get hold of Stuart one more time and again he said they would come out and fix it at the weekend but did not turn up, we have again left messages and are getting no response what so ever...we are pensioners and do not know where to turn from here, are you able to help us please.
