Woodbury Crest has begun a roofing job for us and it has been a disaster. I have taken many photos of the missing tiles, lack of membrane, unfinished painting and all the other issues, to keep a record. I'm now worrying that this is about to become one of those nightmare builder scenarios. I'm especially worried as I paid them part payment in cash. They have not arrived on site today and their office is saying they have all gone for covid testing. Whilst I don't wish to doubt this worrying health situation , I am worried about trusting Woodbury Crest to complete the job properly. Can you give me any assurances that will put my mind at ease. I haven't slept properly since this began.
