I contacted you back in April last year regarding repair to my roof. On your recommendation I subsequently used Joe Coster who carried out the repair and said to contact him if their were any problems. Everything seemed OK until the heavy rain and driving winds we have been experiencing recently. We noticed the ingress of water in the same location and need to contact Joe to come and have a look. Unfortunately we do not have any documentation from him as we paid by bank transfer. Could you please contact him and ask him to get in touch with us.
