Hi, my daughter lives in rented accommodation and has water seeping through her walls. The landlord has been asked repeatedly to have the roof repaired but keeps telling her that roofers do not do repair work in the rain. Is this true? I’m thinking of paying a roofer to do the job and sending the bill to her landlord. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
