We recently (November 2020) had Thompson Property Services install a new flat roof on our house, and unfortunately a major leak has developed in the new asphalt.
Thompson Property Services have provided us with a 10 year guarantee, however, we have not been able to engage them
Are you able to assist with getting in contact with them? The gentleman who we dealt with is called Gerald.
I've left voicemails, and emails and tried to message him through the website.
