What do I do it a tradesman won't come back and fix a problem

I hired a roofer , I showed him the leak I had in my living room, he replaced my foot and within a month the leak was back, he came out out something in the leak area, not sure what, but the leak is back, and spreading, he came out and said it was water ingress in to the brick , it's exactly the same leak I had before he started ,and now still have. He blocked my number for a while, but I managed to get hold of him through the site . Paid a lot of money to this guy to still have the original problem is very frustrating .
