I hired a roofing company to fit an EPDM membrane to my flat roof.
The company offered a twenty year warranty on adhesion, and materials.
The membrane has become detached, and is flapping in the wind.
When I asked them to come and fix it, they denied knowledge of doing the job, saying that it was done by someone else.
I have their warranty, my review on Rated People, and their reply.
It is not yet a big job, but they are ignoring my emails.
What are my rights please?
