Hi I posted a job and received a quote on 13 March agreed to work and paid a deposit. The roofer wanted to come 17 March but I couldn't do that day so he said he would be in touch on 18th then on 18th confirmed he had another job on since then I have not been able to contact by whats app or phone. What suggestions do you have for either getting the work completed or my deposit refunded?
