Who do we contact about a trader sourced from TT who has ripped us off

We sourced a roofer from TT whom we got references for, but he has basically ripped us off. He changed the roof promised a guarantee which we don't yet have. Promised to source 3 windows for us and has basically run off with the deposit for the windows and they are not now responding to emails or telephone calls. What can we do?
