Hi, Under your cost guide for roofing you say to replace 6 ridge tiles would cost £260 at the highest. Are these costs current for the Milton Keynes area please? I have had various quotes to rebed the ridge tiles ( with an allowance for breakages) of between 2 & 3 times your maximum, plus VAT
