How can they treat an 80yr old woman, who's recently had an awful accident, so cruelly? Taken the money for a guttering job. NO INVOICE, although said they'd drop it off. Ignoring all her calls, especially since job not done properly. The weather we've been having is terrible and this 80yr old getting complaints from neighbours about all the water from her guttering going all over the place. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you have no intentions of doing the work, properly or not at all, then have the decency to give her her money back. That way she can get someone else to do the job.
