How much roughly would it cost on a 2 bed semi to repoint chimney, stabilise slab around top of chimney, replace felt at lower edges of roof back and front for 1m up roof and replace ridge tiles with dry ridge system. Also to repoint under bedroom windows (front only) and repoint lead flashing one side of roof where it adjoins neighbours wall?
