All I wanted was a price and to employ a roofer. I needed or need a velux window in my kitchen extension and the rosemary tiles sorting on that extension. I had North West Home Improvements from rated people. A women turned up and with us buying materials £2,300. I said I needed another estimate and Peter who runs this turned up and said £1300, and dropped the price to £900 and when we said we needed a roofer for a real price started virtually shouting at us. We moved him away from our property. My husband is 70 I'm 65 the last thing we needed.
