Contractor (mid kent roofing and landscapes) quoted and then carried out works contravening the agreed brief and withholding information as to how he carried out the job. We specifically requested that he use traditional sand and cement methods to repoint our garden pathway & patio whilst a previous contractor had already used a silicone product which failed. Consequently the work carried out by mid kent roofing & landscapes also failed. When we addressed the conversation it became evident that they had used silicone against our firm instructions not to. This dispute has been ongoing since August 2019 due to pandemic lockdowns and other reasons. We would like it resolved so are seeking your advice whilst this contractor is a recommended tradesmen on your site.
