I have asked your tradesman a roofer for a quote and received a phone text on Friday without a letter head just a sentence of Repair to the chimney leading , scaffolding and replacing the slate at other end and securing and checking the batons if need a replacement , £3000 no vat as not registered ...Is this correct ? and how do I pay through your Rated People account ? I look forward to an early reply as he rang and will start tomorrow Tuesday 17th ..I have been trying to find someone who recommends or has had work done by William Winter .
