Roofer only replacing a piece of facia and guttering.

I’m having my roof repaired when speaking to the roofer I was advised to replace my facia boards and guttering. In the contract it says: Install new white jumbo facia board Install new black round gutter systems I was of the understanding I was getting all my facias and guttering replaced. The roofer has now finished the work but has only replaced one piece of facia and guttering. To make matters worse the new piece of guttering is a different colour to the other guttering I have on my house. When I mentioned this he said the other facias and guttering didn’t need replacing.
