I employed Rubbetec to do a new porch roof for me. I have him a 5 star rating as they were very polite. Subsequently found out that Phillip had not put lead flashing, and the flashing he had put was alternative and was badly fitted. Phillip promised he would deal with and would reinstall. He told me his father passed away but he would get someone from his team to deal with it. Over 2 weeks later, and it has still not been done.
I therefore changed the rating on rated people and wrote on the added rating. With an hour, he has contacted me leaving me intimidating messages and voice messages that he will be retaliating in some form if I do not take the rating down. I need your advice.
