I received a call for the job I posted leaking roof this morning.

Long story short we agreed he will send a quotation but suddenly showed up to the property and was very aggressive on the phone. Stating he will do the job and recovers to be paid he went on the roof without any agreement and has been threatening to vandalize the property. Is there someone I can speak to and complain? I have the whole conversation with him on whatsapp
