Hi I am undergoing an extension and the roofer came up with an idea to carry the gutter round the extension instead of having 3 down pipes, the problem is the extension roof is higher than the existing roof and the gutter is now around 100mm below the lip of the extended roof( flat roof with bitumen felt)
The water coming off the extended roof is running down the facia behind the gutter and down the wall,
Is there a way I can get the rain water into the gutter with a drip trim or extending the roof felt down into the gutter?
