Rude and unprofessional! I was out of the country when the work was being carried out. My tenant was there. I needed someone to install an integrated washing machine. Arran fitted it but after installation a plinth needed trimming. Arron wanted to charge £50 for a 2 min job!! I spoke to him on the phone to point out how ridiculous this price was and he got angry and excited! Telling me he was a “road man” and from “the street”! He left the job angry and unfinished.

Standard of work completed ok, but they were late and parts of the job were not done. Rotten skirting not replaced as agreed, but painted instead, this wasnt metioned until I queried it. Didn't remove old vinyl and then lied to me that they had, took the large piece of leftover lino that I had told them I wanted to keep. Also had issues with loo flush since they were here. Price ok. Left area clean. Worked quickly - but prob because they didn't do the whole job. Overall felt taken advantage of.

When showing Will the job (of dismantling a garden wall and rebuilding a higher one in bricks to match the house) I mentioned being let down by a fence company and he said they could also do that job too. They did both jobs brilliantly and the job expanded to adding trellising to the top of the fence and creating a hole for hedgehogs to travel between gardens. They were lovely, they drink freshly ground coffee and I needed to pay a deposit for materials at the beginning of the job.
