Bought parts which did not reliably fix the problem boiler. In the end we had to call Bosch to fix it. Bosch charged us the same amount it Mayson charged us for callout and parts so we should have gone straight to Bosch in the first place.

Martin tiled my kitchen which was a mess. He sorted the wall out first and the tiled to an exceptional standard. Used all the nice trim and honestly the job was superb. I could not recommend this tradesman more highly. He did excellent, careful work, as well as always being considerate and keeping disruption to a minimum. The tradesman completed a large amount of work, including locating difficult to find materials and sourcing a specialist subcontractor, within one week. His rates were very fair and I am hoping to hire him to do further work here.

Not a landscaper just a garden cleaner and over priced! Broke my tool by hacking at the tree and branches and told me that the ground was too hard!! Little did he know I watched him from window. First day worked hard second day spent 3 hours not a full days job too lazy and only good at cutting grass. Does not have the right tools for the job.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Asked for £100 for one hours work to fit a door lock that I supplied. Not good value. I suggested £50 to allow 1hr labour and 1 hr travel and this was accepted straight away. Negotiate a fair price before starting work.

I got quotes from about 20 people on here and other sites and I have to say I would not have ever got a better team or job done elsewhere, the result is fantastic. Roger and his team did exactly what we asked and more, he suggested and moved a tree for me to balance the front at no extra cost. The staff were here early every day and worked hard without any issues. He had all his own plant to do the job. We have had lots of people stop and say how great the front looks and asked for his number. TOP JOB.

When we requested the roof to be upgraded there were no leaks anywhere. When it rained we had water coming in the bedroom this we thought was because of work they had done on roof. They are supposed experts on flat roofing, and it took them three visits to find the problem. We thought we we getting quality workmen going through Rated People, but again hit problems.
