Plumber

Steve did a very nice job replacing our kitchen tap. He encountered a few unexpected problems but dealt with them in a calm and professional manner. Also price charged was very reasonable

Plumber

Steve did a really good job for us today. Our main job was having a wash basin taken out but he also did ‘odds and sods’ like replacing light fittings, putting up curtain rails and fixing a new gate on. He is reliable, honest and his charges are reasonable. Nothing is too much trouble, he can turn his hand to pretty much anything, is very knowledgeable and generous with his advice and is a really nice guy too. We would happily recommend and him and will definitely be calling upon his services again.

Steve was a pleasure to do business with. He was a friendly chap, competent and reliable. I was happy to leave him to it whilst I was at work and he kindly came back when I was worried a few days later (all ok!) Very glad to have found a good and trustworthy plumber.

Would really appreciate guidance on the this... What's the range of how much it would cost to remove a wall separating the living room from the dining room and making the wooden floor in both rooms connect nicely, as well as the ceiling? Thanks for the help!

Depends , if it's a supporting wall or not as if it is would need a steel beam RSJ , if not I'd say 800

Who can help with damp proofing and damp issues

Generally a builder or a specialist in this field .Really depends on the problem , a builder can tank walls with a plastic barrier in bad cases , dpc injection into walls , liquid membranes painted on walls , or source of damp rectified , i.e., leaking gutters, leaking drains , dpc bridged , lack of ventilation ....so many variables and to be honest can be sorted by a wide range of tradesmen.
