We issue our own 25 year warranty on work as standard; however should you wish you can also take advantage of an insurance backed guarantee under the Wall Tie Installers Federation.

I had been given lots of confusing advice about repointing on my house. I am very pleased that I came across 1st Master Wall Ties. Russell came over promptly and explained how the wall ties work and why they needed replacing. He and his team were professional and efficient. It was a messy job but they left all cleaned up at the end of each day. I would recommend.
