Good: Arrived on time and waited for me because I was late, cleared the drain ... at last we can have baths again! Very personable chap, not afraid to get his hands dirty! Knows his drains! Other: Cost a little more than I had offered (£80 I had offered £50) but he was here longer than expected. Also there was some sewage/dirty water left over on the patio that we had to clear up after he had left which wasn't pleasant.

We are highly impressed with your service and thank you so much. Living 70 miles away we had no idea where to turn for help so your website was a godsend. However, the situation got so bad rapidly that The City Council deemed it to be a public health hazard and then referred the problem to Southern Water who have sorted this problem. Thank you so very, very much.

Fortunately my drains were clear from the camera inspection, unfortunately it cost £186 to find this out.

Thank you for your comment as explained in our earlier correspondence the job was booked in for 7.30 pm and the rates for the work carried out are on the website for all to see .im sorry you feel it was expensive but unfortunately we do have to charge vat.

Was quoted today for the same job £75. Which included vat and out of hours. Not to worry. You live you learn.

I was seriosuly unimpressed by this - 1st rate obviously pegged us as naive first time buyers and: - were uncontactable for nearly two weeks follwing their inspection of the drainage at a property we are purchasing, holding up the process and nearly causing our purchase to collapse - then quoted over £7000 for urgent work. The vendors threatened to withdraw, but luckily arranged a second inspection, which revealed that the works quoted for were exaggerrated, and included work which is actually the responsibility of the local water authority! Needless to say, we won't be taking them up on their quote. What we will be doing is joining the vendors in making a complaint to trading standards. I will not be using this site again - obviously there is no 'rating' going on at all. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately we had to use a sub contractor on this occasion and will not be using them ever again.

Rob and Tony both were courteous, industrious and very polite. In a matter of one and a half days they turned a bomb site back into my garden. The builders I sacked were quoting at least one week of work so when they quoted 3 days I was sceptical. Rob and Tony worked a ten and a half hour day to ensure that the drain was useable. I would unreservedly commend these guys to anybody and everybody that needs any drainage work doing. Well done guys and thank you.
