Job done well although he arrived without tools (and used ours) as he was just supposed to be quoting. Very informative and helpful with advice about how to prevent the problem from reocurring. Price reasonable too. When we discovered a new problem the day after which was linked to the work done, he was back within 2 days to rectify and fix it. Now that's what you call service!
