Alex was very straight forward and easy to deal with. He was also recommended by my builder. He was very thorough. He took photographs of areas of concern and discussed the work with us before he went ahead. I was very happy with the work and the cost and am now confident that my roof will live another few years.

We were happy with work. Alex very pleasant even though extra expenses on day. Until it rained. Downpipes both leak badly. After numerous calls and broken promises he has not returned to correct the issues. Very angry. Work cost a great amount to us. Not satisfied at all.

Worked hard and acheived a good result. Offered to come back if anything was not to my satisfaction. Found some loose ridge tiles which were re- pointed for an additional cost. This is a messy job so expect to do some clearing up afterwards.

  Initially I gave Alex 5 stars but he promised to come back and complete the job if the moss had not fallen off from the roof after spraying. this did not work and despite several contacts he has ignored me

Pointing / Repointing

Very pleasant, extremely hard working team. They did a super job of the pointing & also cleaned & sealed my roof which had been covered with moss. They painted my windowsills and some exposed render (post double glazing install). The work was professional & efficient and they left the site very tidy on completion.The house now looks 'finished' and is attracting a great deal of admiration. I would heartily recommend these lads and I am VERY satisfied with the results.
