Excellent communication, tidy and organised. Changing boiler in my property caused a lot of challenges that AB Chapman (Spencer) overcame with ease and really made a brilliant and quick job . I was very pleased with everything. Spencer and his assistant turned up on time, worked hard all day and did a very good job. They also made sure that they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend them.
Gas and Oil-Fired Boiler
Changed old boiler and installed combi-boiler in two properties, good quality of work and good value. Very reliable and flexible service. Replaced bolier in our absence (we were away for work for 4 days) and returned to find the job well done. Also did additional work (changing mains tap) and changing bathroom suite to a high standard. Highly recommended!!!
Slate & Tiled Roof
The quote seemed very good value for money. However the quality of work not great, but just about acceptable. Leaking roof wasn't fixed and I've given up hope they'll return. They can re-slate a basic roof, but that's where their roofing expertise ends. I will have to fork out for the outstanding work to be done. Would only take cash as payment and gave no receipt or guarantee. They also stole scrap metal from the end of my garden. Not too fussed about, but it was a little audacious! I wouldn't leave these guys the keys to my house!
