Andrew @ Abacus was nothing short of excellent! Provided value for money locksmith services and went over and beyond to ensure my job was carried out quickly and to a high standard! There's a lot to be said for going with decent people nowadays and Andrew fits this bill. If all were like him, the trade industry would have a far better reputation!

Response to advert within minutes and came round the very same afternoon AND rang me to let me know he was running a little late (massive brownie points for this!) He was friendly, helpful and shared his knowledge from the onset. On arrival he was professional, provided me with a cheaper option to choose from.
