Are replay to mr goodinge comments and ratings . We all sorry that the customer feels this way . As we explained to Mr goodinge via several emails and phone conversation we did not access the roof via the flat roof or hip tiles so therefore it was not us that caused the damage . Mr Goodinge refused to except this . We offered to come back but he refuse and said he would fix the miner repairs him self ! As you can see from are rating 99% of are customer are happy with are workmanship and Service .

Are reply to mr goodinge comments and ratings . We are sorry Mr. Gooding feels this way. But as we TRIED to explain via several emails and phone conversations that we did not access the roof via the flat roof or the hip tiles so therefore it was not us who caused the damage .Mr goodinge refused to listing . We Offered to come back but he refused and said he would fix the miner repairs him self ! As you can see from are previous ratings 99% of are customers are happy with are workmanship and services.
