The work and reliability of John could not be faulted - and was very accomodating on coming around to do the job. I posted the job as being under £100, as my usual plumber told me how much he would charge for the work (unfortunately on holiday) and when the invoice came in at 25% over this for the call out charge, i was shocked. If John had advised me of the costs being over those that I had requested then I may have chosen to wait or go with someone else.
