Adam was great, he visited when he said and made an assesment of what needs doing and explained clearly what next steps were and what options, if any I had. He also followed up with the quote. I found the quote priced reasonably. There was a problem with the box that was ordered but Adam sorted that without to much bother and kept me informed.
