The team accommodated some additional changes and unforseen jobs and any issues that came up were addressed as quickly as possible. The team were polite and curteous at all times. We have just requested some additional works with this company.

I have used many builders before and been very disappointed. However, Daniel breaks the mould completely! He and his team are professional, highly communicative (with weekly email updates and regular phone calls), polite, thorough and highly skilled. I was cautious and extremely particular about the remodelling, design and aesthetics of the house that he refurbished for me, but both he and his team were outstanding in making my vision a reality. I have recommended him to three friends so far!

Very helpful and thorough. Standard of work admired by all who see it. Estate Agent asked for Builder's details when inspecting/valuing. Advice always available to the inexperienced. Prepared to collect materials when necessary for non-local clients. Pleasant and well-mannered team. Offered to carry out small modifications if necessary even after finish of job. (N.B. No detriment to Afficient but, as a retired former Solicitor, I have to say that this info is given without responsibility).
