Aug 2024, Airtight Roofing responded to my request for a quote very quickly. Graham was prompt, very helpful and offered good advice that I know I will use. He also sent his quote through in a timely manner.
Pointing / Repointing
The only company to contact me regarding a pointing request. Was unsure whether the whole house needed repointing, but Graham gave me an honest opinion and only the front wall needed doing with some sealing on the gable wall. Very reasonable quote, work booked in quickly. Messaged me early in the morning to let me know could not start planned day due to the weather, out early the next day and the job completed promptly on the same day. Really professional job, property left clean and tidy. Thank you.
Pointing / Repointing
Delayed start due to unforseen circumstances, however.. they turned up on the rearranged time and date as expected, professional job from start to finish. Very pleased with the end result. Would recommend.

Excellent job repointing back of the house. They also sorted out my chimney without charging any extra. Always turning up on time and cleaning up afterwards. 10/10. Will always recommend these guys.

I had to cancel the job through no fault of the company. Nigel arrived to quote at the time he said he would, was friendly and quoted a very fair price. The cancellation was no reflection on the tradesman but my circumstances changing.
