We rang Adam to arrange a quote , susequently he couldn't make this. The time was then rearranged.. We waited in but Adam didn't appear or contact us again.

Sorry but I have no idea why this has been rated as didn't even do the job as we are so busy. Mad rating when work hasn't even been done there.

The rating relates to not keeping appointments to price the work. To comment on this'Quality' and 'Value' must be rated - hence both are neutral.This IS accurate feedback on his reliability.
