Mark did exactly what he said he would. He arrived promptly both to quote and on the days he was working on my roof. He quoted carefully and gave me options. When he did the work he encouraged me to look carefully at it and made a few final adjustments/extras that I asked for. All in all - a good service.

The tradesman did the repair to the flat roof on the spot, during what was to have been just a survey visit. Really quick, just the running repair I wanted (He didn't try to sell up), and the roof is now watertight.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Mark gave a good quote and was very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the repair did not quite fix things as expected first time, but Mark offered to come and redo the job free of charge when he heard this. Thanks for a job well done!
