Rikki gave us a really excellent (i.e. reasonable!) quote - we were really impressed. He quoted next day by email which was great by comparison with other local heating engineers, who took the best part of a month to come back to us, by which time Rikki had actually carried out the work! He installed a replacement boiler for us - his work was neat and tidy and he is extremely reliable, turning up when he said and doing what he was asked. He has also given us some really good ideas for our bathroom.
