Liam was a joy to have in my home. He responded quickly to come and do the work the very next day. He completed it in a timely fashion and even fixed a broken switch on my fishtank within the same price. Even more impressively when I called him this morning to advise the lightbulbs I had ordered were too bright he advised me to let him know when I had new ones to let him know and he will come back and fit them for me,proper old fashioned customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Liam.

Make sure you get a quote, for a shed to fit (all supplied) a small consumer unit, 1 x double socket, a single light switch and a LED light, each priced to fit at ridiculous prices which if fitting just one of the items at a site...then I can understand the cost but to charge for EACH individual item all as a job!? So wrong... Should have been a price for the job and not each item separately..after a few emails. Price dropped to £250...still great rate per hour for less than 2½ hours work! Never again,

I charge my customers a price per point when installing light fittings, sockets, fuse boards etc etc. It doesn't matter how long it takes to install, this is how everyone works out their costs. I dropped the price very generously to what this customer wanted to pay for the job in order to resolve the matter quickly. Thank you for the 4 star rating.
