Andrew arranged a date for the job but in the end he had an opening and came round a week earlier. He carried out the work on a Sunday morning and was in and out within four hours. The job was completed as requested and within the quote Andrew gave, he even replaced the water valve that had caused the damage in the first place at no extra cost. After completion he tidied up all the areas he had worked in and took away the old floor bits etc. I would definitely use Andrew again.

After a few weeks our floor stared to sag. When I contacted Andrew he sais it was not the part of the floor he repaired and the problem was with the old fitting. I guess I would have expected him to notice this while carrying out the initial repair. I asked him to come around and see if he could affect a repair but have not heard from him since(2 months)

Completed job as arranged and then helped us out with another job we didn't know we needed at short notice. I would use AS joinery again.
