Two men turned up after quoting for the job of supplying and fixing a UPVC panel on the facia of our garage and rubbing down and painting the door frame. They fitted the panel but left gaps at the edges unsealed. They,painted the frame with one coat of paint, but this has soaked in and they failed to return as they promised to complete the job. They were payed in full in cash. They said they would bring a receipt when they returned which they never did.

We gave the wood more than one coat of paint we explained where the wood was a wet and it would need a another coat when it dryed out again and we sealed all gaps around the upvc panel to stop the weather coming through again, we showed you that the work was completed and you was happy with the job and that was only time we would accept the payment. And receipt was sent in post to you
