Justin contacted us promptly,leaving us the option of when to return the call.He has been superb in all his communications and has tried to keep all projected spending as close to reality as possible.Due to the fact our house move has been slowed down we have not yet begun the schedule of work but I have every confidence that he and his co workers will deliver their promises !

Justin contacted us promptly in regard to the work we want done.He left us the option of contacting him in our own time.He has been excellent in all his communications and has been very good at aiming to meet our needs as to the refurbishment and we have arranged a date for the work to begin.We had originally hoped to get the work started by now but our home move had been delayed.I have every confidence that Justin and his team will deliver above and beyond our expectations.

Electrical Installation / Testing
Although quoting initially against a small electrical job, Justin was also able to carry out plumbing, gas and decorating work. As each visit to the house is a four-hour round trip for me, this removed the hassle of co-ordinating different people remotely - a huge advantage. I found Justin to be cheerful, open and trustworthy. I didn't meet any of the team working for him, but this was not a concern as the work appeared to be well managed and was completed within the agreed time and within budget. Communication during the period of work was clear, and agreed alterations to the job were all carried out. The quality of the work carried out was very good, and there was no attempt to hide compromises that had had to be made. Justin worked hard to provide customer satisfaction, and the result is that I would willingly put more work his way should the need arise.
Garden Maintenance
did half a job and a few days later did the rest,problem was cleared up evetually by an understanding justin and he brought the price down as a way of apologising,justin was straight onto the problem and for this reason would reccomend them indeffinetley.
