Hi is it normally a roofer that resets gutters and clears them? My neighbours cousin normally deals with my roof and gutters (he is a roofer) but he is unable to help due to being busy. Thanks

Roof Guttering also falls under plumbing skills. So if you are advertising this type of work you will attract plumbers who specialise in this.

Hi we have this sink: sauber 1.5 bowl stainless steel. ever since it was fitted it's been leaking a little, now alot worse. It's when the water drains through the waste pipes and looking at it I'm not sure the original plumber used the correct pipes (recall him having to change them due to depth of pipes provided), some of the connections seem loose etc. do you know which waste pipes we should be using so we can purchase and fit them/get them fitted? many thanks

40mm pipework!! Sometimes it's just as easy to take out the whole lot if tightening compression fittings doesn't resolve the leak. Purchase a 1.5 bowl waste kit which will have all the parts you need to replace. It's a good idea to take a picture of existing pipework on your phone and take along to plumbers merchant or diy store. The kits are adjustable do you'll need a sharp hacksaw and make sure you remove any dwarf from inside of cut tubing as this prevents debris building up in pipe. I did this exact job this week and found the pipe on one of the bowls was installed up side down meaning the locking but had nothing to lock against.
