Boilerguru did a fantastic job for us spending a long time on a gas boiler that was broken. He saved our client from having no hot water for the weekend. The clients were overjoyed because having three children they need hot water as you know especially three little boys.
Was having trouble with my boiler pressure and they helped me work out a refill over the phone with no charge. They've kept helping while I went through my boiler manufacturer to determine the root cause of a fault and are still being helpful with sorting the fix on a heating system leak.

After 10 months of ongoing water damage and multiple failed attempts by others to identify the source, Boilergurus arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue using thermal imaging cameras and leak detection equipment. They located a hidden leak from a waste pipe connected to our washing machine—something no one else had managed to find.
