If required, we are always happy to help with advice on obtaining planning permission, building regulation approval and any structural calculations, should they be required. We used Paul to replace our conservatory floor, he arranged to view the job and arrived on time. After a few minutes with Paul you see he knows the building job inside out. He advised us of different options and wasn’t pushy. Leaving me to think it over. When we called him back to start work we were very impressed with how hard working and professional he is. The floor was completed on time and within budget, it looks and feels great! We now have him listed in our contacts for future work.
House Extension
Excellent from start to finish. Detailed quote stating exactly what would be covered, good price. Good communication throughout, plenty of notice given for stages of the build that would disrupt the household. Really pleased with the finish on all parts of the job. Tidied up after themselves every day I would not hesitate to recommend
House Extension
We are generally happy with the extension but there have been some snagging problems that Paul has not sorted out. He has had family problems which have delayed him considerably however we have given Paul plenty of time now to sort out the issues. Despite my calls he has not come back to me. The issues are: - the bifold door handle is very loose and likely to break off in the near future. - four cracked tiles and one loose - patio was poorly laid and pointing is poor - Paul still has our bifold doorkey
House Extension
Paul and his team were brilliant - quality of work excellent, including a porch built from bricks taken from a demolished outhouse so it looks like it's been there forever. He was very kind and cares passionately about the standard of his build. Was also fantastic with my 84 year old mother who was living in the middle of the disruption. Thanks Paul.
Porch / Canopy
Paul always turned up on time and did a really quality job, matched rendering on house, really nice pitched roof and quality fittings on garage and porch, great electrical work too. Really please with the job, honest and reliable tradesmen and friendly labourer too.
