Rob has received the rating for the following 1. Not turning up the first day because his phone needed fixing 2. Not sorting out the flea problem promising to resolve it for free but then not turning up with a number of excuses 3 His time keeping is atrocious. Today he promised to come but from 10 till now he has still not arrived or answered his phone to let me know why he is delayed I would not recommend him at all and I now need to find someone else to do my job
