Promised to turn up twice but never arrived had to look for a new joiner
Solid Wood Flooring
Conor came and fitted the wooden flooring, removed and refitted all the skirting and added dado rails around the room with some feature beading on the walls. He also fixed some shutters for us and a faux fireplace. He did a great job - would highly recommend.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
I know nothing about roof repairs but I do know that screws should be attached to roof joists to avoid water leaking through. It leaks where it never leaked before repair. Water runs right back into roof as run off not even adequate to stop this. After several texts and promise to come fix i have had enough. Shops are now Open to buy goods needed. Shocking! I’m seeking a refund through other means as I stupidly didn’t take up payment protection through this site. My shed is now ruined and put out of use!

The roof needed all old boards taken off and joists as there was big dips in the roof and would never of run off and you wished to not put new on as you wanted cheap as possible. To fix the roof and have it running properly would have needed all stripping and fixing properly which I told you would need doing and you chose not too. If you don’t listen to a tradesman on the advice they give then there is nothing more to be done. You’ve gave me a bad review on your own stupid decisions

I gave a bad review as my roof now leaks in places it never did before.!! I wanted it water tight and you said it would be.! Plus I don’t believe £450 of my hard earned cash is a cheap or stupid decision,

Your customer service skills are shocking.! I am far from making stupid decisions, but as I know nothing about roofing I have to rely on people like you and trust them to do a job. Refund?? I doubt it.!
