Shaun explained he had been ill and had a family bereavement but set a date that he would return. He didn't come back but I note from other people he has been working I wish he had been honest and said he would not be coming back.

Arrived on time and cleaned a very dirty carpet. Came back a second time because he wasn't happy with first clean. Not his fault, it was because the carpet was so dirty. Very professional, punctual and thorough. Would recommend and use again.
