I wanted the drains under my patio and conservatory to have a health check. Was pleased with the visit from DrainDoctor. Nick arrived on time, was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable and carried out a thorough check of the drains.

Prompt clear communication by phone and e mail. Punctual. Polite, business like but friendly and reassuring . Listened to the customer and gave sound advice on the type of survey required and subsequent action. Summary of findings produced directly after the survey and handed over before leaving the premises. Would have no hesitation in using this tradesman again and would happily give recommendations to friends and family.

Service was outstanding. Service was provided by Nick Moran from Bellstone, Shrewsbury. He was very helpful during the initial call. Arrived when promised and work was promptly completed. Provided excellent feedback on cause of problem and what was done to repair it. Will use again.
