The guys came for a survey and managed to find all the possible entries by surveying the roof with the drone and by checking the drains. They worked very professionally . We are due for a second visit, but in two days we haven’t seen any rats in the kitchen anymore. We are hopeful that they will be gone from the loft soon, but let’s see.
