We highly recommend Lee; we found him professional, polite and responsive; his team were prompt on site and very hard-working. Elesel fully repointed the house front and repaired the cracks on time and within budget. The original mortar was removed; this gave our home a shabby and ribbed look. Heli-cal bars were used to fix cracks and add support. We are so happy with the final result, the house looks smart; our neighbours love the makeover. Oh, and, Lee is a thoroughly nice chap too!

Elesel property care carried out repointing along the side wall of my integral garage where there was mortar loss and spalling brickwork. They arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day to complete the work, and tidied up after themselves. The job has successfully made my garage watertight again. I would certainly recommend them for similar jobs in the future.

We had the back of our house re-pointed and I'm really impressed with Elesel. They gave us a competitive quote, turned up on time and did a good job. Lee is flexible and a good communicator. He organised scaffolders and his team worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final result.

Had Levi & his team out for repointing works. Good communication, they came when they said they would & just got on with it. Needed no supervision, I went out to work each day & left them to it. They cleared up & took all waste as they said they would. Works were carried out smoothly & quickly, without any issues - would recommend.

Levi was very easy to work with and very considerate and cooperative. I was very particular about how I wanted the job done and Levi took this into consideration. He turned up on time and was communicative and patient. I would recommend this builder.

Initially happy with the enthusiasm of Levi. The quote was extremely fair and they were able to fit the work in at a really convenient time for renovation project. Unfortunately the job was more work than the team had allowed for and the final result looked rushed. Areas of the brick that should have been repointed were left and bricks were still heavily caked in plaster which should have been removed when the bricks were cleaned. I had to spend a day rectifying this. Levi offered to revisit but never did.

Levi and his team delivered a professional service that was completed to a high standard. The team were able to offer suitable options for a tricky job with great results. The job was done on time and on budget and the team left the site in a good state. Will be sure to use Elesel again and can highly recommend!!

Levi's experience and expertise was very much valued . He made what could have been a tricky and difficult job into something much more straightforward . He came with a great team and it was a pleasure to have them working on my home . They very kindly did a good job of tidying up some of the other areas to give a good overall appearance.

Hello, Not sure if I am remembering wrong or if this is true but we never had issue with damp on an interior wall until we recently had it re-plastered and now towards the skirting boards we are having some damp. It is now also on the other side of the internal wall which has had nothing done to it. So firstly is it possible for a bad plastering job to have done this? Secondly, assuming it was a bad plastering job, what can be done? I've seen lots of articles on options for rising damp but as we never had an issue until after getting plastering done I am sceptical that this is the issue. Thank you for any help possible.
